1. The CDX explosion-proof series of electric vibrators has been designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (Eex d, U.L. and C.S.A.).
2.CDX electric vibrators have oversized flameproof joints able to withstand the pressure that can develop inside the electric vibrators themselves and to prevent flame from being transmitted to the surrounding environment.
3. To guarantee these results, each individual component is subjected to strict Quality Control with certified instruments following which the dimensional data are recorded and printed.
4. At the end of the production process, each electric vibrator undergoes a full electrical and dynamic test the results of which are again recorded and printed. |
