The high frequency electric vibrators are produced in two separate series:
- Serie ITV-VR electric vibrators of high variable frequency
- Serie ITVAF electric vibrators with high fixed frequency
These electric vibrators have been specially designed for fixed and variable high frequency operation thanks to research into electrical and magnetic losses of magnetic laminations at high frequencies.
This is why low loss laminations have been installed since they are able to keep the temperature of the motor at low levels during
operation.
The results achieved include high efficiency and the high static torque at all frequencies used.
The ITVAF series also comprises two versions:
- serie ITVAF S90 with fixed connection
- serie ITVAF RS S90 with cradle connection
The high frequency, fixed vibration electric vibrators in the ITVAF-S90 series (6000 or 9000 rpm) must be powered
by 100, 150 or 200 Hz rotating frequency converters of the CF type.
