The high frequency electric vibrators are produced in two separate series:
- Serie ITV-VR electric vibrators of high variable frequency
- Serie ITVAF electric vibrators with high fixed frequency
These electric vibrators have been specially designed for fixed and variable high frequency operation thanks to research into electrical and magnetic losses of magnetic laminations at high frequencies.
This is why low loss laminations have been installed since they are able to keep the temperature of the motor at low levels during
operation.
The results achieved include high efficiency and the high static torque at all frequencies used.
The ITV-VR series comprises two versions:
- Serie ITV-VR with fixed connection
- Serie ITV-VR RS with cradle connection
The electric vibrators in the ITV-VR series are the result of a specific research and development plan undergone as part of a technological innovation Project approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
They are designed to operate at a variable frequency and must be powered by a variable frequency drive of the VIBRAVAR or MULTIVAR type.
When installed on metal molds and vibrating machines used in the industrial building field, these machines allow the best vibration frequency to be used, guaranteeing a perfect and constant compacting process and giving an optimum finish to the article in question. They also do away with the resonance phenomenon and this leads to an evident reduction in noise, the levels of which are actually lower than the limits established by the current laws in force.
