1. The MVB series consists of vertical electric vibrators with mounting flange and double-ended shafts.
2. The MVB-FLC series includes vertical electric vibrators with central flanges and double-ended shaft.
3. Ideal for use with medium and large sieves and circular sifters, these electric vibrators can be supplied in 4 different versions (A-B-C-D, see below) depending on the type of eccentric weights supplied along with the vibrator.
4. Models MVB 1510/15 and MVB-FLC 1510/15 are available in the B, C and D versions. The eyebolt used for lifting is on the casing and not on the shaft.
5. The casing and bearing flange are made of special spheroidal cast iron in a special shape to suit the type of use for which the MVB and MVB-FLC have been designed, and to make the vibrators easy to position.
6. The lamellar or clamped eccentric weights can be adjusted in a variety of positions: the special regulating system allows the top weight unit to be staggered from 0 to 180 in relation to the lower one and to obtain an extensive centrifugal force range for the same weight assembly.
