With Weiler slip former system different moulding units can be produced on 180m long beds. After curing, the units are cut to the desired length with a concrete saw.

• Ribbed slabs, wide solid slabs.
• Girder beams, pre stressed T or I-beams which represent a low cost flooring by using concrete

• Solid lintels or lintels Covered with light-weight concrete.
• Small piles for fences or beams for support construction.
• Heavy foundation piles with a square cross section.
• V-shaped units to be used for a light weight roof with a span of up to 25 m.

The universal slip former consists of two units, which are set one onto the other:

• The universal feed unit with a concrete hopper (2 cells), electrical control, the hydraulic system and power supply.
• The machinery insert with two concrete dispensing funnels, two vibrating benches with total 4 original heavy duty vibrators (25kN, 3000 and 6000 rpm), a mould – made of wear resistant steel – and probably a smoothing trowel.

The concrete is filled, dispensed and compacted in two stages.
The two concrete layers are pressed with high and normal frequency vibrators together.
Due to this production method very dry concrete – zero slump– with low water demand (only 130-140 liter per cbm) and few cement (320-370 kg per cbm) are used.
